What You'll Do: • Manage high-volume text campaigns — 10,000 to 25,000 messages per day — using our SMS platform (lists and scripts provided) • Respond to inbound replies in under 2 minutes. • Qualify sellers by confirming the property details, asking price, timeline, and motivation • Log and tag every conversation accurately (Hot / Warm / Cold / Not Interested / DNC) • Follow up relentlessly with interested sellers so nothing slips through • Hand off qualified leads to our acquisitions team Our Standards: We move fast and expect a lot.
