Manage check-ins/check-outs for guests and service requests for owners.Maintain owner profiles, preferences, and privacy instructions.Handle reservations for rental units + schedule-related updates for owner stays.Communicate maintenance updates to owners and obtain approval when entering units.Manage billing for rentals and any chargeable services for owners.Coordinate apartment readiness for both guest arrivals and returning owners.Handle Lost & Found across guest and owner units.Maintain strong professional relationships with owners while following SOP boundaries. Hotel front office experience is required.Excellent command of English.Strong communication and service-focused approach.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of PMS systems (training provided if needed).Customer service excellence.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Professional communication and interpersonal skills.Accuracy in billing and documentation.Ability to remain calm under pressure.
