 Assign walk-in customers with minimum waiting time to the right party. Maintain accurate records on daily number of walk-ins and ensure daily reports to the line manager. Handle complaints, customer queries, resolve issues within specified timelines (as per SLA and use of Priorities), if appropriate. Escalate customer issues and report major problems to Superiors. Make recommendations for improving the process of receiving walk-in customers to reduce waiting time and increase customer satisfaction. Ensure Reception Area and Information desk are kept clean, tidy and well maintained throughout the day.Attend weekly staff meetings and proactively raise issues for group discussions and information sharing.
