Day-to-day tasks include managing incoming phone calls, handling reception emails, and maintaining a tidy, organized front desk area. The role will also involve basic clerical work such as filing, data entry, scheduling, and coordinating with mall management and tenant representatives as needed. The Receptionist will support a high standard of customer service by addressing visitor concerns promptly and professionally. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo.Qualifications Strong customer-focused mindset with proven Customer Service and Communication skills.Experience with Receptionist Duties, including greeting visitors, managing inquiries, and coordinating front desk activities.Professional Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently and courteously.Solid Clerical Skills, including basic computer proficiency, data entry, filing, and document handling.Ability to remain calm and courteous in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail in personal presentation and work output.Previous experience in a mall, hospitality, or customer-facing environment is an advantage.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training in administration, hospitality, or related fields is a plus.
