Pinerium is seeking a motivated, organized, and process-oriented Zoho Operations Coordinator Intern to support operational activities, workflow coordination, process management, and business operations across the Zoho ecosystem.This internship is designed for candidates interested in business operations, SaaS solutions, process optimization, business automation, and digital transformation. The intern will work closely with Operations Coordinators, Product Owners, Implementation Teams, Support Specialists, and Business Units to gain hands-on experience in operational workflows, process monitoring, service coordination, reporting, and organizational efficiency initiatives.The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving operational effectiveness through technology and business process optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Coordination & Process Support Assist in coordinating day-to-day operational activities across Zoho teams and business units. Support operational workflow monitoring and task follow-up activities. Help ensure operational processes are executed according to established procedures. Assist in tracking operational requests, tasks, and service activities. Support process standardization and operational consistency initiatives. Workflow & Business Process Management Assist in documenting and maintaining operational workflows and procedures. Support process mapping and business process improvement activities. Help identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies. Assist in monitoring workflow execution and service delivery performance. Support automation and operational optimization initiatives using Zoho applications. Reporting & Documentation Maintain operational records, reports, and tracking sheets. Assist in preparing operational dashboards and performance reports. Support data collection, analysis, and reporting activities. Help maintain accurate documentation and operational records. Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and accessibility. Team Collaboration & Service Coordination Assist in coordinating activities between internal teams and stakeholders. Support meeting coordination, action tracking, and follow-up activities. Help facilitate communication between operational and technical teams. Assist in monitoring service requests and ensuring timely follow-up. Support operational planning and resource coordination activities. Learning & Professional Development Participate in Zoho product training and operations management learning sessions. Learn business operations methodologies, process management practices, and service coordination techniques. Stay updated with SaaS applications, business automation, and operational excellence trends. Participate in Pinerium Academy learning programs. Support innovation and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Commerce, Engineering, or related field. Strong interest in business operations, process management, SaaS solutions, and digital transformation. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail and documentation discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Basic understanding of business processes, workflows, or operational management concepts is preferred. Familiarity with Zoho applications, CRM systems, or business software is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
