We’re looking for a Recruiter (Arabic Speaker) who enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and values strong stakeholder relationships.If you’re skilled in full-cycle recruitment, stakeholder management, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes, and excited to grow in a supportive environment, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.Please be informed that this is a hybrid position based in Maadi, Cairo.Key Accountabilities: What you’ll do:Deliver end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, ensuring all SLAs/KPIs and quality standards are metPartner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and provide expert guidanceLead vacancy intake discussions, defining role requirements, sourcing strategies, timelines, and selection processesCollaborate with Sourcing and Administration teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experienceAct as a brand ambassador, ensuring candidates are screened, engaged, and aligned before submissionManage the full candidate lifecycle, from initial engagement through offer and onboardingSupport hiring decisions, including offer negotiation and closing candidatesMonitor and optimize recruitment funnel performance, identifying and addressing bottlenecksEnsure accurate data management across ATS/CRM systems and maintain compliance standardsBuild strong, trusted relationships and contribute to continuous improvement within recruitment deliverySkills & Requirements: Must have:Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or RPO environmentFluency in Arabic and English (mandatory)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience working with ATS/CRM systems and recruitment technologiesStrong focus on quality, accuracy, and candidate experienceAbility to advise and influence hiring managers with market insights and best practicesNice to have:Experience working within a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) modelExposure to data reporting, funnel metrics, and recruitment analyticsKnowledge of local employment legislation and compliance requirementsExperience supporting diverse hiring strategies and talent pooling initiativesIf you don’t meet every requirement but you feel you have the right skills and potential, we want to hear from you.Why AMS?: At AMS, we come from every walk of life - and that’s what makes us unique.
