Design and execute sourcing plans that bring in qualified candidates .Utilize channels, social , referrals, and local hiring events to reach diverse pools of talent.Continuously develop a pipeline of ready-to-hire candidates for frequent openings.Schedule interviews, send confirmation emails, and follow up with both candidates and hiring managers.Manage offer letters, pre-employment checks.Ensure compliance with labor laws and local F&B regulations . 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, or F&B.Strong interpersonal and communication skills — able to engage diverse candidates.Experience working with applicant tracking systems. Knowledge of hourly and shift-based hiring best practices.Organized, fast-paced, and responsive — especially during seasonal or expansion hiring.
