Analyze recruitment needs based on the company’s operational requirements, prepare recruitment plans, and execute the recruitment process (job posting, CV screening, interviews, selection and hiring).Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-caliber candidates aligned with the company values and business objectives.Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of vacancies.Conduct job analysis and create or update job descriptions to reflect evolving organizational requirements.Identify and analyze training needs .Develop and implement annual training plans and follow up on training evaluation and effectiveness.Coordinate with internal and external training providers.Participate in the development and updating of recruitment, training, and administrative policies and procedures to ensure alignment with best practices and internal standards.Update the company and departmental organizational charts to ensure clear definition of roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines.Prepare and update job descriptions for all positions in coordination with the relevant departments.Build a strong administrative structure.Support the work environment and address administrative issues.Conducting and monitoring the annual employee performance evaluation. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in recruitment and organizational development, preferably within a fast-paced or technical environment.Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.Experience in designing and implementing OD programs and initiatives.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in using HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.Solid knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.Ability to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
