As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead project execution activities, ensure contractual compliance, and deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Guided by our ultimate goal of “إعمار الأرض” – fostering "Growth & Prosperity" – we are committed to delivering value and building a better, greener future.Key Responsibilities:Source and attract qualified candidates for Facility Management technical positions.Utilize job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment databases to identify potential candidates.Conduct initial CV screening based on job requirements.Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.Build and maintain a pipeline of technicians for current and future hiring needs.Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Support recruitment campaigns and walk-in hiring events when required.Prepare basic recruitment reports and hiring updates.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent sourcing.Experience sourcing technicians, blue-collar, or operational roles is preferred.Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media sourcing, and candidate databases.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Good command of English and ArabicWhy Join Korra Energi?At Korra Energi, you will discover a distinctive culture and value system that sets us apart.
