Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mass hiring positions.Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.Screen and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring status reports.Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.Conduct reference checks and support the onboarding process when required.Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external partners.
