The organization values high-quality instruction, learner progress, and flexible delivery formats.Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for an English Instructor. The instructor will plan and deliver engaging online lessons that align with CEFR levels and 4Level1’s communicative curriculum. Daily tasks include preparing lesson materials, teaching live virtual classes, monitoring learner progress, and providing timely feedback on assignments and assessments. The instructor will encourage active participation, facilitate discussions, and use digital tools to support interactive learning. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of attendance and performance, communicating with learners and coordinators, and participating in occasional training or team meetings.QualificationsStrong instructional skills in English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching, with the ability to adapt methods for diverse learners.Background in Education and curriculum implementation, preferably aligned with CEFR or similar international standards.Proficient Writing skills for preparing lesson materials, feedback, and learner reports.Excellent command of spoken and written English, with clear, understandable pronunciation.Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.Experience teaching English online and using virtual classroom platforms and digital learning tools.Strong classroom management in an online environment, including time management and learner engagement skills.Reliable internet connection, appropriate home workspace, and ability to teach at times suitable for learners in the Middle East.Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and an inclusive, learner-centered teaching approach.Send your cv to 01008560190 or on Mail arwa.recruiter@4level1.com
