This role is responsible for leading and executing end-to-end hiring strategies to attract, select, and onboard high-caliber educators, academic staff, and corporate professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leadership to understand workforce needs, and designing proactive sourcing strategies. The Senior Manager will oversee employer branding initiatives, ensure a consistent and inclusive candidate experience, and maintain recruitment metrics and reporting for informed decision-making. This role also includes coaching and guiding hiring managers on best-practice interviewing, selection, and workforce planning.Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, offer management, and onboarding.Proven experience in Hiring strategy and workforce planning, aligning talent needs with organizational goals.Strong background in Employer Branding, including building a compelling employer value proposition and managing recruitment marketing initiatives.Advanced Interviewing skills, with the ability to implement structured, competency-based, and fair assessment processes.Several years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, ideally in education, edtech, language training, or related sectors.Experience managing or mentoring recruitment teams and collaborating with senior leadership.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with a focus on inclusive and non-discriminatory hiring practices.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and online sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities).Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; a relevant postgraduate qualification or HR certification is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi and adapt to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
