The role involves managing property resale listings, meeting clients, and conducting property viewings in and around New Cairo. The team member will communicate with prospective buyers and sellers, provide detailed property information, and guide clients through the resale process. Daily tasks include updating property databases, coordinating appointments, preparing basic documentation, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure professional service. The role requires frequent travel to properties, so having and using a personal car is essential.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.Customer service orientation and the ability to build trust with property buyers and sellers.Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple listings, meetings, and follow-ups.Basic knowledge of real estate processes, documentation, and local property market is an advantage.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal car for regular property visits.Comfort with using smartphones, mapping apps, and basic office software to manage appointments and records.Ability to work on-site in Cairo and travel regularly to New Cairo and nearby areas.Prior experience in sales, real estate, or field-based customer-facing roles is beneficial.
