The role involves managing resale property listings in New Cairo, including sourcing properties, conducting market analysis, and preparing accurate descriptions and pricing recommendations. The agent will coordinate and attend property viewings, communicate with buyers and sellers, negotiate offers, and support clients through the closing process. Daily tasks include responding to inquiries, maintaining regular contact with clients, updating internal systems with listing and transaction details, and collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets. The role requires active presence in the field, regular travel between properties, and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.QualificationsStrong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and present property information clearly.Sales and negotiation skills, with experience handling offers, closing deals, and working toward defined targets and KPIs.Basic real estate market knowledge, particularly of New Cairo, with the ability to conduct simple market research and comparative property analysis.Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple listings, appointments, and follow-ups efficiently.Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car for frequent site visits and property tours.Comfort with basic digital tools and platforms used for listings, communication, and documentation.High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to providing a safe and transparent experience for clients.Previous experience in real estate sales or brokerage is an advantage; a relevant diploma or degree in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial.
