What You’ll Do• Oversee daily resort operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance,and Security.• Ensure all departments deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.• Supervise and train staff on guest handling, safety, and service standards.• Manage and monitor all resort security and safety systems (CCTV, patrols, accesscontrol, emergency procedures).• Respond quickly and effectively to guest issues, incidents, or complaints.• Liaise with local authorities when necessary (police, ambulance, civil defense).• Conduct safety drills and maintain a culture of awareness and professionalismacross all teams.• Report operational performance and improvement plans to management. 5+ years of experience in hospitality or resort operations (with a background insecurity or safety management).• Strong leadership presence with excellent communication skills.• Calm, confident, and guest-focused — able to manage difficult situations with tactand authority.• Highly observant with a strong security mindset.• Flexible to work on-site at red sea and available during weekends or peak seasons.
