Role Description We are seeking a Retail Sales Specialist for an on-site, full-time role at The Yard Mall, located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting jewelry, offering detailed product knowledge, and ensuring an enjoyable shopping experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized store environment, managing inventory, and meeting sales targets. You will also play a key role in representing Artsy Silver’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build meaningful customer relationships and address customer needs effectively.Experience in retail sales and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Solid product knowledge, particularly in jewelry, to assist customers in making informed decisions.Ability to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the store.Prior experience in a retail environment or jewelry sales is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications in sales or retail management are a plus.
