The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while effectively handling retention activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with customers to retain their business and strengthen long-term relationships.Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently.Meet individual and team retention and performance targets.Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant systems.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.Requirements Minimum of 2 years of sales experience. Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.Strong professional communication and interpersonal (soft) skills. Excellent English proficiency (Very Good level or above). Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and Google Sheets.
