Gamma International College in Egypt is seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Robotics Teacher to join our academic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging robotics and STEM lessons that inspire students to develop creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, and technical skills in alignment with the International Baccalaureate (IB) philosophy.The Robotics Teacher will support students through hands-on learning experiences, coding activities, engineering projects, and collaborative challenges that foster inquiry-based and project-based learning.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver interactive robotics and STEM lessons for students across different grade levels.Teach coding, programming, robotics concepts, and engineering fundamentals using age-appropriate methods.Develop hands-on projects and activities that encourage innovation, creativity, and critical thinking.Support inquiry-based and project-based learning aligned with IB educational approaches.Guide students in building, programming, and testing robotic systems and models.Integrate educational technology and digital learning tools into classroom instruction.Prepare students for robotics competitions, exhibitions, and school events when applicable.Monitor and assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a safe learning environment.Manage robotics equipment, materials, and lab resources effectively.Collaborate with teachers and coordinators to integrate STEM learning across subjects.Participate in school meetings, activities, and professional development sessions. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Education, or a related field.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM subjects.Experience in international schools is an advantage.Strong knowledge of robotics platforms such as LEGO Robotics, Arduino, VEX, or similar tools.Proficiency in coding/programming languages suitable for students.Understanding of inquiry-based and student-centered learning approaches.Excellent classroom management and communication skills.Ability to engage and motivate students through hands-on learning experiences.Excellent command of English language (spoken and written).Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural environment.Passion for technology, innovation, and student development.
