We are currently looking for a Sales Account Management Team Leader to lead, coach, and motivate a team of account managers while driving both individual and team revenue targets.In this role, you will play a key part in strengthening long-term client relationships, supporting your team in achieving their goals, resolving complex client challenges, and ensuring every client receives the best possible experience with WUZZUF’s recruitment solutions. ]RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.5–7 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field, preferably within recruitment or HR tech.Proven leadership experience managing small to mid-sized sales teams (3–7 members).Hands-on experience in SaaS and CRM systems is mandatory.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and HR solutions is preferred.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.Fluency in English and Arabic.
