With a vision to expand across Egypt, Town Writers aims to provide properties that help residents reimagine and rewrite their personal and family narratives.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Agent With Experience (Real Estate) role based in New Cairo. The Sales Agent will manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead generation and qualification to property presentations, negotiations, and closing deals. Responsibilities include conducting property tours, explaining project features and payment plans, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the company’s portfolio and market trends. The role involves building and nurturing long-term client relationships, responding promptly to inquiries, and providing accurate information to support confident purchasing decisions. The Sales Agent will also collaborate with marketing and customer service teams, maintain detailed records in CRM systems, and participate in training sessions to continuously improve sales performance and product knowledge.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including active listening, presentation, and clear, professional spoken and written interaction with clients and colleagues.Demonstrated Customer Service capabilities, with a client-centric approach and the ability to handle questions, concerns, and feedback in a calm and solution-focused manner.Proven Sales experience, preferably in real estate, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and effectively managing the end-to-end sales process.Familiarity with Insurance or related financial products is an advantage, especially in explaining financial plans, risk considerations, and purchase-related coverage to clients.Experience in Training or mentoring team members is a plus, including sharing best practices and supporting new hires in understanding sales processes and products.Good knowledge of the New Cairo real estate market and local buyer preferences.Comfort using CRM tools, email, and standard office applications to manage leads, follow-ups, and reporting.High level of integrity, professionalism, and a collaborative mindset.Fluency in English and Arabic preferred; additional languages are a plus.
