This role is responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The Site Engineer coordinates with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to plan tasks, monitor progress, and resolve on-site issues in a timely manner. Daily responsibilities include inspecting works for quality and compliance, preparing site reports, tracking materials and resources, and supporting the implementation of project schedules. The role also involves contributing to technical problem-solving, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and helping deliver projects on time and within scope.Qualifications Strong on-site supervision skills with proven experience managing construction activities and coordinating field teams.Background in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.Effective communication skills to collaborate with contractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.Experience in quality control, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.Familiarity with construction methods, building codes, and project management practices.Proficiency in relevant engineering and construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office; project management tools are a plus).Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and adapt to dynamic site conditions.Previous experience in residential or mixed-use developments is an advantage.
