The team is committed to high-quality engineering, fast delivery, competitive pricing, full customization, and reliable after-sales support.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in 10th of Ramadan. The specialist will identify and pursue new business opportunities, manage existing client relationships, and promote the company’s industrial equipment and services. Daily tasks include preparing sales proposals, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, and following up on inquiries to move prospects through the sales pipeline. The role involves coordinating marketing activities, such as creating basic promotional materials, supporting online campaigns, and participating in industry events or client visits. The specialist will collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to understand product specifications and ensure customer needs are accurately translated into solutions.Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with industrial clients and internal teams.Proven Sales experience with the ability to generate leads, negotiate deals, and close opportunities.Sales Management and Training capabilities to support sales processes and help improve team performance.Basic understanding of industrial equipment, fabrication, or manufacturing environments is highly beneficial.Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan and conduct client visits as needed.Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.Proficiency in using office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations) for sales and reporting.Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
