Identify and generate new business opportunities within target markets.Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (HR Managers, CEOs, Operations Managers, etc.).Present company services professionally to potential clients.Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.Follow up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and sales activities using CRM systems.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.Coordinate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth service delivery. 1–3 years of experience in Sales.Preferably in B2B Sales or IT / Software Sales.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to meet targets and work under pressure.
