Remote Sales Business Development Manager (Hospitality SaaS)Work Model & CompensationWork Location: 100% Remote.Compensation Structure: Competitive Base Salary + High-Incentive Commission on closed deals.Core Responsibilities (The Sales Workflow)You will independently own the entire B2B sales lifecycle end-to-end:Lead Generation: Independently hunt, identify, and qualify new business opportunities (hotels, resorts, chalets, serviced apartments) across Saudi Arabia and the Middle East.Autonomous Follow-up: Proactively contact cold/warm prospects, manage your own sales pipeline, and diligently follow up on all inquiries.Appointment Setting: Self-schedule and organize your own meetings and presentation dates with interested stakeholders.Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling remote software demos showcasing how Hostel Agent's AI platform automates guest communication and drives direct bookings.Commercial Negotiation: Lead pricing discussions, handle technical and financial objections, and align terms with owners, GMs, and hospitality leaders.Deal Closing: Convert active prospects into signed partners to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.Key Requirements & QualificationsIndustry Experience: Proven track record in B2B corporate sales, with a strong preference for prior experience in Tech Companies, Software Vendors, or SaaS platforms.Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel operations, booking engines, OTAs, and the Saudi/GCC hospitality market.Sales Prowess: Verifiable history of independently generating leads, managing multi-stage funnels, and closing software deals.Radical Self-Management: Since this is a remote role, you must be exceptionally disciplined, organized, and capable of driving results with zero daily supervision.Elite Communication: Superior remote presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Language Skills: Professional fluency in English and Arabic is required to successfully close deals in the target market.Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable utilizing CRM tools and sales analytics to track your daily outreach and forecast revenue accurately.
