Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Call Center role based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Call Center Representative will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls to present products or services, respond to inquiries, and guide potential customers through the sales process. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining features and benefits clearly, and following up on leads to drive conversions. The role also involves documenting interactions in company systems, updating customer records accurately, and adhering to call scripts and sales targets. Team members will collaborate with supervisors and colleagues to share feedback from customers, improve processes, and maintain a professional and respectful call center environment.QualificationsStrong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support and Customer Service abilities.Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for high-volume phone interactions.Experience or familiarity with Contact Centers, including handling call queues, scripts, and CRM tools.Basic to intermediate Computer Literacy, including typing, navigating multiple systems, and updating digital records accurately.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi on a full-time schedule, including potential shifts and peak hours.Goal-oriented mindset with comfort working toward sales targets and KPIs.Strong listening skills, patience, and a customer-focused attitude in challenging or high-pressure situations.Previous experience in a sales, telemarketing, or call center role is preferred but not mandatory.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business, sales, or related fields is an advantage.
