This integrated model gives team members exposure to multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and digital commerce.Role Description The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Belbes. This role supports daily sales operations by coordinating orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate sales records across retail, wholesale, and distribution channels. The Sales Coordinator collaborates with sales teams and showroom staff to prepare quotations, follow up with customers, and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Responsibilities include handling customer service requests, preparing sales reports, updating internal systems, and supporting promotions and campaigns. The position also involves working closely with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and high customer satisfaction.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills to manage orders, documentation, and internal workflows.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain professional relationships.Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills to support sales teams, understand targets, and contribute to revenue growth.Relevant experience in retail, wholesale, or distribution environments is beneficial, especially in home appliances or consumer goods.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work accurately with data and reports.Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or CRM systems is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Belbes, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
