inSylos is an elite product studio. We build websites, web apps, mobile apps, and AI automations for businesses — fast, fixed-price, delivered. Our campaigns are generating qualified inbound leads, and we need a closer to own them.This is not a role for someone passing through. We want a salesperson who wants to be a salesperson — someone who treats an inbound lead like the asset it is, follows up until there's a clear yes or no, and gets a genuine thrill from closing.What you'll do:Own every inbound lead from our ad campaigns — respond fast, qualify, and closeRun discovery calls: understand what a client needs technically and translate it into a scoped projectFollow up relentlessly and intelligently until every lead is closed or disqualifiedDrive your own outbound pipeline to supplement inbound and grow your commissionsWork hand-in-hand with our delivery team to scope projects accuratelyWhat you need:A real technical foundation — you can talk websites, web/mobile apps, and AI automation with a client and hold your own. You don't need to code, but you need to understand what we sell.Proven sales experience with a track record of closing deals and managing client relationshipsFluent English (additional languages are a strong plus)Self-motivation that doesn't need supervision — you chase, you follow up, you closeAvailability to start immediatelyThe details:On-site in New Cairo — Sunday to Friday, 11 AM to 7 PM. No remote days.Base salary + uncapped commission. The harder you sell, the more you make.This is a career, not a stopgap.
