We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Director – Dynamics 365 to lead our enterprise sales strategy, drive new business development, and grow revenue in the ERP space. The ideal candidate brings a proven track record in selling Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, has deep industry knowledge, and possesses a strong network of ERP clients, partners, and decision-makers.This is a strategic leadership role reporting directly to executive management, responsible for building and scaling sales operations across key markets.Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring professional growth. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Oversee the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
