Job SummaryDrive sales effectiveness by developing and monitoring comprehensive coverage plans, identifying performance gaps, and ensuring continuous improvement across the sales team. Sales Planning & Coverage OptimizationPartner with the SE Area Manager to align on and achieve defined sales targets.Develop and implement effective coverage plans to maximize market reach and customer engagement.Continuously assess and refine coverage strategies to ensure optimal resource allocation and territory efficiency.2. Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementTrack sales team performance against KPIs and identify gaps in execution.Design and implement corrective action plans to address performance shortfalls.Monitor progress of corrective actions and ensure sustainable improvements.3. Project & Pipeline ManagementSupport project sizing, tracking, and reporting to ensure alignment with sales objectives.Monitor pipeline health, accuracy, and progression, ensuring reliable forecasting.Follow up on lead coverage and measure response time to improve conversion rates.4. Data Quality & ReportingEnsure accurate and up-to-date data management in Salesforce, including port count data cleanup.Generate actionable insights through regular reporting dashboards and analysis.Maintain data integrity to support strategic decision-making.5. Cross-Functional Performance OversightMonitor the performance of Admins and BDRs on a monthly basis, ensuring alignment with targets.Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance productivity and efficiency.6.
