Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales Engineer, based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, managing client relationships, and creating solutions that align with customer needs. Responsibilities include preparing sales proposals, assisting in technical aspects of the sales process, and ensuring customer satisfaction through post-sales support. Collaboration with the sales and technical teams is a key aspect of this role. QualificationsProven experience in Sales Engineering and low voltage products Sales, with the ability to identify and meet client needsStrong Technical Support skills to deliver effective solutions and resolve customer inquiriesExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to foster strong client relationshipsAbility to analyze technical requirements and translate them into tailored solutionsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related fieldExperience in the electrical or industrial sectors is highly advantageousProficiency in using CRM software and other sales enablement tools is a plusFluency in English and Arabic
