SHEHABCO is seeking to hire a Firefighting Sales Engineer with the following specifications:Job Summary:The major goal for the senior sales engineer is to actively identify and cultivate leads. Open and develop the project's pipeline as long as it provides customers with a compelling offer that exactly fits their needs. For its creation not only sales but also requirements engineering activities take place.Job Duties & Responsibilities:Contacting new/potential customers and developing relationships.Meet customers, introduce the company and its services, send out introductory letters and make a routine follow-up to generate inquiries.Preparing client quotations as per collected BOQ and specifications to approve the quotations.Regularly follow up with customers to convert proposals to orders.Reply and prepare for any inquiries for submitted proposals.Process orders including final costing, supplier orders, and coordinate with logistics and the technical team on issues relating to delivery, installation, and project completions.Routinely meeting customers to address any issues related to delivery and installation.Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved through timely projects completion, professionalism, and efficiency.Prepare internal weekly reports, forecasting, and other routine reports on a timely basis and as requested from time to time by the Sales Manager.Ensure good relations are maintained with customers, suppliers, and all members of staff at all levels.Manage the presentations, seminars, and lead technical meetings with clients.Assist in the identification and development of new channel partners in the territory.Develop and manage relationships with customers’ and partners’ technical staff.Managing product evaluations and developing adoption plans.Good organization skills with the ability to multi-task and priorities under pressure.Co-operate with other Sales Engineers to reach the best performance.Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by their supervisor.Job Requirements Minimum Two (2) years experience in Sales activities.Extensive knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning of Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting Systems.Excellent ability to read, analyze, and communicate verbally and in writing in English and/or Arabic.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Knowledge of working with AutoCAD is essential.Sounds good?
