The Sales Engineer will bridge technical MEP solutions with client business needs, preparing proposals, quotations, and technical submittals for projects. Daily tasks include meeting with clients and consultants, presenting product and system specifications, and responding to technical and commercial inquiries. The role involves coordinating with internal engineering and project teams to ensure accurate designs, pricing, and delivery schedules. The Sales Engineer will also track opportunities, support tender submissions, follow up on offers, and maintain strong customer relationships to drive revenue growth.Qualifications Sales Engineering and Technical Support skills to translate technical MEP solutions into clear, value-driven proposals and to assist clients with system selection and troubleshooting.Sales and Customer Service skills to manage the full sales cycle, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and maintain long-term, trust-based client relationships.Strong Communication skills, including clear written proposals, effective presentations, and confident interaction with clients, consultants, and internal teams.Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field, or equivalent practical experience in MEP or building services.Familiarity with MEP systems, drawings, and specifications; ability to read and interpret technical documentation and tender documents.Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM or sales tracking tools is an advantage.Strong analytical, negotiation, and time-management abilities, with a structured approach to meeting deadlines and sales targets.Previous experience in MEP contracting, construction, or building materials sales in the Egyptian market is preferred.
