Role DescriptionIBS Constructions is seeking a full-time Sales Executive for an on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt.The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and managing end-to-end sales cycles. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting with potential clients, presenting customized solutions, preparing price quotations, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure project execution aligns with client expectations. The candidate will also be expected to provide market insights, achieve sales targets, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.QualificationsSales and Negotiation skills, including experience in client relationship management and deal closingKnowledge of the furniture or interior woodwork industry, with the ability to understand technical specifications and product offeringsExcellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in presenting solutions and preparing proposalsMarket Analysis and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify new opportunities and expand the client baseProficiency in CRM Software and Microsoft Office toolsProactive problem-solving abilities and team collaboration skillsFluency in English and Arabic; additional language skills are a plusBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredPrior experience in manufacturing or export-oriented industries is an advantage
