Sell the company’s solutions: events, B2B training programs, sponsorships, and marketing communications (MARCOM) solutions. Prepare commercial proposals and technical offers tailored to client needs. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in the target markets Negotiate contracts and partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial terms. Monitor market trends and competitors, providing recommendations to refine sales strategies. Coordinate with marketing and event management teams to ensure successful execution and value delivery to clients. Attend events and exhibitions to expand the network and generate new business opportunities. Prepare regular sales performance reports and follow-up plans. QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceUnderstanding of sales performance metricsProficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suiteMinimum of 3 years of prior B2B sales experience, preferably in events, training, or services sectors.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Proficiency in English.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
