The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new memberships, conducting tours of the club facilities, and presenting membership options in a clear and compelling way. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and onboarding new members. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, prepare regular sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and events. Daily activities include following up on inquiries, building relationships with potential and existing members, and representing SODIC CLUBS professionally at all times.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse member profiles.Customer service mindset, with demonstrated ability to understand client needs and offer suitable membership solutions.Organizational and time management skills, including accurate record-keeping and effective follow-up on leads.Previous experience in hospitality, fitness, leisure, real estate, or membership-based services is highly beneficial.Comfort using CRM tools, email, and basic office software to track leads and prepare reports.Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including flexibility to cover peak hours, weekends, and events as needed.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Professional, ethical, and team-oriented approach, with a positive attitude and a focus on member satisfaction.
