That means you won't use an existing playbook — you'll be writing it. In your first year, you'll own the full cycle: prospecting US SaaS and enterprise accounts, running discovery and demos, negotiating, and closing. You'll work directly with the founder to shape pricing and outbound strategy, and your wins will directly shape how we build the sales team after you.This role is remote and based in Egypt. You'll be selling to US and EU customers, so you'll need to be comfortable taking calls in US time zones (at least partial overlap) and writing and speaking English at a near-native level.What you'll doOwn the full sales cycle from first touch to closed dealBuild and run outbound campaigns to US SaaS and enterprise accountsQualify inbound leads and turn them into customersRun discovery calls, product demos, and pricing negotiationsWork with the founder to refine ICP, messaging, and pricing based on what you learn in the marketLay the foundation — process, tooling, and playbook — for the sales team we'll build after youWhat we're looking for3+ years selling SaaS, with real experience selling into US companiesA track record of hitting or beating quota (we'll ask for specifics)Comfort across the full cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closingExcellent written and spoken EnglishSelf-directed — you're energized by ambiguity and don't need a manager standing over youBonus: experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or DevOps productsWhat we offerCompetitive base salary plus uncapped commissionFully remote, with flexible hours around your US customer callsSmall team, direct access to the founder, real ownership over how sales gets built hereA profitable company — no runway anxiety, no investor pressure, just building something customers love
