We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our modern trade and key accounts business across Egypt. This role is responsible for driving revenue, expanding distribution, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring flawless execution across all retail channels.This is a high-impact role requiring strong commercial acumen, operational understanding, and the ability to manage both relationships and numbers.Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Growth & Sales ExecutionOwn and deliver monthly and annual sales targets across all key accountsDrive volume growth while protecting marginsIdentify new business opportunities within existing and new retail channelsDevelop and execute sales strategies by customer, category, and region2. Key Account ManagementManage relationships with major retail chains and e-commerce platformsLead commercial negotiations (pricing, promotions, terms, listings)Ensure high service levels and customer satisfactionAct as the main point of contact for all commercial matters3. Pricing & ProfitabilityWork closely with Finance and Supply Chain to set pricing strategiesMonitor margins by customer and productOptimize product mix and promotional activities to maximize profitability4. Operations CoordinationCoordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure availability and on-time deliveryResolve day-to-day execution issues (shortages, delays, quality feedback)Align forecasts with demand planning5. Team ManagementLead and manage the sales team (if applicable)Set clear targets, KPIs, and performance trackingCoach and develop team members6.
