Sales Manager – Real EstateLocation: Cairo, Egypt (On-site)About the RoleBrokers Hub is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing effective sales strategies, managing a high-performing team, and ensuring the achievement of company revenue goals while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and revenue.Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate Property Consultants and Team Leaders.Monitor sales performance through KPIs, CRM reports, and sales analytics.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and business partners.Support the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and one-on-one coaching sessions.Identify new business opportunities and market trends.Collaborate with the Marketing department to generate qualified leads.Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain the highest standards of customer service.Prepare sales forecasts and reports for senior management.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales, including 3+ years in a Sales Management role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.Deep knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.Fluent in Arabic; good command of English.What We OfferCompetitive Basic Salary.Attractive Uncapped Commission & Performance Bonuses.Leadership Development & Training Programs.Clear Career Growth Opportunities.Dynamic and Collaborative Work Environment.Opportunity to work with Egypt's leading real estate developers.
