Our portfolio includes poultry, beef, egg, alternative protein, salt, oils, starches, sweeteners, cocoa and chocolate.Job Purpose And ImpactThe Sales Manager will focus on a few of the company's large or very complex customers and will be responsible for a wide range of Cargill food ingredients in Egypt, Libya, Lebanon and Syria (for example: cocoa ingredients, sweeteners, and starchers). In this role, you will handle critical or complex products that require excellent client relationship skills to maintain competitive positioning.Key AccountabilitiesManage the related requirements of defined direct customers and distributors. Develop a plan to establish and maintain account relationships and meet personal sales targets. Build a business plan for each account. Coordinate use of resource to provide value added services to accounts. Develop strong client relationships that provide significant input to planning product, price and service strategies. Support supervisor and other sales professionals in developing new market opportunities in the designated territory or market. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Fully responsible for the assigned customers from both a commercial and a payment‑collection perspective. Other duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the food ingredients market, covering both commercial and business development activities. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken. Proven track record of achievements and measurable milestones in the food ingredients sector.
