We’re looking for a hands-on Sales Manager to grow our B2B equipment sales across Egypt and lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, demos, negotiation, and closing, while working closely with the sales team, and the technical and service team.• Drive new business: target cafés, hotels, chains, offices, QSRs, and retailers• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in CRM• Develop relationships with architects, consultants, and F&B operators• Set monthly/quarterly revenue and volume targets for the sales team• Monitor KPIs for team• Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support• Organize product demos for La Cimbali, Scotsman, Zumex, Vitamix at client sites • 8+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in foodservice equipment, HoReCa, or F&B supplies• Existing network in Egypt’s café, hotel, or restaurant sector = big advantage• Technical aptitude: you don’t need to be an engineer, but you can explain specs to a barista or GM• Arabic + very good English for client communication
