We are the exclusive distributor of EX-PIDO, a leading mosquito repellent brand in Tanzania.Job SummaryAre you an experienced sales professional with a strong FMCG background and a passion for driving results in regional markets? SUMET is seeking Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales operations in key country territories. You will lead a team of field sales representatives, build local partnerships, and drive growth of our EX-PIDO brand in urban, rural and semi-urban markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement regional sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Supervise and support field sales teams and sales coordinators across assigned regions, ensuring high performance and accountability.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and address challenges.Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers.Execute marketing and promotional initiatives at the regional level in coordination with head office.Coordinate with credit and logistics teams to ensure timely product delivery and proper customer credit management.Report on regional sales performance, forecasts, and market intelligence to senior leadership.Lead periodic performance reviews and coaching sessions with Sales Coordinators to foster continuous improvement.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.Minimum 10+ years of sales manager experience in FMCG/Cosmetics industry, preferably with regional or country sales exposure.Minimum 5+ years of experiences on the leadership role.Demonstrated ability to lead field teams and manage large sales territories.Strong knowledge of rural and semi-urban market dynamics in Tanzania.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with sales reporting tools and CRM systems is an added advantage.Willingness to travel extensively within upcountry regions.Fluency in English (Written and Spoken)Reallocation to Dar es Salaam Tanzania is MandatoryYoung aggressive sales manager with execution sales strategies.Why Join SUMET?At SUMET, we value innovation, ownership, and inclusive growth.
