We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations in the construction chemicals and waterproofing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, developing business opportunities, and building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and key clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and project success. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.Applicants must have at least 10 years of proven sales experience in the construction chemicals and building materials industry, specifically in waterproofing solutions.Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Excellent understanding of the construction industry and project sales cycle.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
