Role Description We are seeking a full-time Sales Manager to lead and execute sales operations for our diverse portfolio of projects. This is an on-site role based in 6th of October. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are effectively met and will provide mentorship to sales team members. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementAbility to create and implement successful Sales Strategies and conduct Market AnalysisStrong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skillsKnowledge of the property development industry, particularly in medical, commercial, and residential sectorsExcellent Leadership and Team Management skillsAnalytical and Problem-Solving capabilitiesProficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is an advantageFluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
