Our team works entirely remotely, and we are growing fast.The Role:We are hiring a Landlord Relations Specialist to join our team. You will be the primary point of contact between our company and property owners across the United States. Your job is to call landlords, introduce our service, build trust, and guide them through the leasing process from first conversation to signed lease.This is not a cold calling role where you are selling something people don't want. You are offering landlords a legitimate business tenant who guarantees rent, signs a long-term lease, manages the property professionally, and reduces their turnover. Your job is to communicate that value clearly and professionally.What You Will Do:Call property owners in the United States to introduce our Housing Provider placement service and build relationships.Present proposals and answer landlord questions with confidence using our proven scripts and objection responses.Negotiate lease terms and waiver structures within your approved authority.Follow up consistently and professionally to move deals through our 12-step pipeline.Coordinate with your manager on property tours, lease signings, and escalations.Log all calls, emails, and deal activity in the CRM — every interaction, every time.What We Provide:Full paid training program — no prior sales or real estate experience needed.
