Support the sales team by managing and optimizing sales processes and workflows. Prepare, analyze, and maintain accurate sales reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual). Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights to improve productivity and efficiency.Ensure CRM systems are updated accurately with leads, opportunities, and customer data. Coordinate between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service departments to ensure smooth operations. Track sales targets and assist in forecasting and pipeline management.Review and validate sales documents, contracts, and pricing details before submission. Handle sales orders processing and ensure timely completion of transactions. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance operational effectiveness. Support incentive calculations, commission reports, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures. Assist in preparing presentations, dashboards, and management reports.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field. 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or a related role. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Very good to Excellent English language skills. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
