Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the Sales Director to execute daily operational and strategic tasksDistribute internal communications to relevant departments in a timely mannerManage Salesforce, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and user groupsEnsure all CRM records are accurately updated in accordance with company policiesGenerate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and automated workflowsHandle sales operation requests, customer analysis, individual viewsMaintain professional relationships with customers and internal staffMaintain database integrity through data cleansing and duplicate record managementAct as the CRM data governance lead, ensuring data quality, data management, policy compliance, business process management, and risk management across the Sales DepartmentEvaluate new Salesforce releases and assess their impact on business processes and usersCollaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresSupport the sales team and provide backup assistance when requiredPrepare sales quotations and contractsPerform sales department's administrative duties such as preparing reports, printing, photocopying, and ordering office suppliesJob RequirementsBachelor degree in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 3 years’ experience in office administration, CRM, and SalesforceProven experience in office management with strong administrative and organizational skillsStrong business written and verbal communication abilities in EnglishProficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office toolsAbility to work effectively within a team environmentFluency in spoken and written EnglishPowered by JazzHR7XfWizcSWW
