Achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by managementWelcoming customers and providing advice and assistance in selecting the products that best suit their needsBuilding long-term relationships with existing customers and attracting new onesParticipating in organizing and arranging products within the store according to display standardsCoordinating with the inventory team to ensure product availability and prevent shortagesAdhering to the company's policies and procedures related to sales and service Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related fieldMinimum 3 years and maximum 7 years of experience in retail salesGood knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems and Microsoft Office applicationsProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skillsProfessional appearance and a respectful, courteous manner with customersAbility to work under pressure with effective time managementWillingness to work on a shift basis, including weekends and holidays
