Applicants can expect a collaborative environment that values professional growth and high performance.Role Description This full-time, on-site Sales Representative (Cold Callers) role is based in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Representative will make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce FlairsTech’s services, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up meetings or product demonstrations. The role includes maintaining accurate records of calls and outcomes in CRM systems, following up on warm leads provided by the marketing or sales teams, and meeting or exceeding daily and monthly call and conversion targets. The Sales Representative will collaborate with colleagues to refine call scripts, share market feedback, and support overall sales campaigns while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience on each call.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English, active listening, and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.Candidates should possess sales and customer service skills, such as lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation basics, and a customer-centric approach to problem solving.Candidates should possess organizational and technical skills, including basic CRM usage, data entry accuracy, time management, and comfort working with calling and productivity tools.Candidates should possess analytical and goal-oriented skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics, adjust approaches based on feedback, and maintain focus on targets.Previous experience in telesales, cold calling, or inside sales is preferred; experience in technology or managed services sectors is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Qesm El Maadi, collaborate with a diverse team, and adapt to structured processes and performance-driven environments.High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
