We specialize in next-generation EV and REEV technology (DM-i) — one of the most compelling product stories in the Egyptian automotive market right now.We're hiring a Sales Representative to join our on-site showroom team.This is not a cold-floor role. Every client you speak to has already been pre-qualified by our Receptionist and handed over to you ready to engage. Your job is to present, build conviction, and close — within a structured, well-supported environment.What you'll do:Receive pre-qualified walk-in and inbound leads and take full ownership through to closePresent our EV and hybrid lineup with confidence, highlighting range, performance, and total cost of ownershipGuide clients through financing, insurance, and warranty options in coordination with our F&I teamStay sharp on daily pricing (updated every morning via WhatsApp) — no quote leaves the floor without checking itStay active and responsive on all assigned WhatsApp groups — this is how the team communicates, prices are shared, and decisions move fastLog all activity and update deal stages in CRM in real timeWhat we offer:Fixed base salary + per-unit commissionInbound leads — no cold calling, no prospectingA premium brand with a clear second-branch expansion plan Minimum 1 year of direct sales experience — automotive, luxury goods, or tech preferredNative Arabic fluency is mandatory; English is a strong plusProfessional appearance and strong in-person communication skillsAvailable for rotating shifts: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (morning and evening rotations)Comfortable with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and digital tools — you must be reachable and active on team groupsA closer mentality — you follow up, you handle objections, you finish deals
