Joviality is a Leading Egyptian natural beauty brand creating effective, science-backed products using high-quality natural ingredients. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join us. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, strong in building relationships, and experienced in the cosmetics or cosmeceutical sector.Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and acquire new B2B clients (pharmacies, dermatology clinics, distributors, beauty retailers).Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure continuous growth.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Present Joviality’s product range and ensure proper brand positioning across all partner locations.Coordinate with the marketing team to implement in-store activations, promotions, and visibility plans.Monitor market trends, activities, and customer feedback.Ensure proper stock levels and follow up on orders, deliveries, and collections.Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in cosmetics or cosmeceutical sales (pharmacy channel experience is a strong plus).Proven track record in achieving sales targets and acquiring new clients.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.Good understanding of the Egyptian market, especially pharmacy and beauty retail sectors.Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
